відповідно до затверджених орендодавцем умов – для надання послуг, пов’язаних із обслуговуванням працівників та відвідувачів закладу, а саме: для використання під аптечний пункт, без права передачі об’єкта оренди в суборенду. Строк на який буде укладено новий договір –на період введення пасажирського ліфта в експлуатацію, але не довше, ніж до 31.10.2026 року.
