Об’єкт оренди можна використовувати за будь-яким цільовим призначенням, крім категорій визначених додатком 3 до Порядку згідно п.54 Порядку: 1. Нічні клуби. Ресторани з нічним режимом роботи (після 22 год). Сауни, лазні. Організація концертів та іншої видовищно-розважальної діяльності. Готелі, хостели, турбази, мотелі, кемпінги, літні будиночки. Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Об’єкт оренди можна використовувати за будь-яким цільовим призначенням, крім категорій цільового призначення для нерухомого майна 11, 15, 17 визначених додатком 3 до Порядку. 2. Орендар не пізніше 1 місяця після укладення договору оренди зобов’язаний укласти з балансоутримувачем договір про надання послуг з управління багатоквартирним будинком.
