Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна". За письмовим дозволом орендодавця передавати об’єкт оренди (його частину) в суборенду, із застосуванням до договору суборенди положень про договір оренди.
