виконання певних видів ремонтних робіт (поточного та/або капітального ремонту), реконструкції або реставрації об`єкта оренди – не дозволяється. Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна". За письмовим дозволом орендодавця передавати об’єкт оренди (його частину) в суборенду, із застосуванням до договору суборенди положень про договір оренди. Орендар протягом трьох робочих днів з моменту укладення договору суборенди зобов’язаний подати орендодавцю один примірник договору суборенди та інформацію про суборендаря в обсязі, визначеному п. 3 ст. 13 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна».
