згода на невід’ємні поліпшення не надавалась. Здійснення невід’ємних поліпшень можливо тільки у разі надання орендодавцем письмової згоди на поточний та/або капітальний ремонт орендованого майна. Здійснення капітального ремонту можливо тільки при отриманні декларації про початок виконання будівельних робіт. У триденний термін після її отримання орендатор зобов’язаний надати до департаменту по роботі з активами Дніпровської міської ради оригінал декларації. Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна". За письмовим дозволом орендодавця передавати об’єкт оренди (його частину) в суборенду, із застосуванням до договору суборенди положень про договір оренди. Орендар протягом трьох робочих днів з моменту укладення договору суборенди зобов’язаний подати орендодавцю один примірник договору суборенди та інформацію про суборендаря в обсязі, визначеному п. 3 ст. 13 Закону України «Про оренду державного та … комунального майна». Після проведення аукціону для укладення договору оренди орендар визначений за результатами аукціону повинен надати наступну інформацію: - Інформація про відповідність орендаря вимогам, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна"; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік, Статут, Наказ про призначення директора - для юридичних осіб; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік, паспорт - для фізичних осіб - підприємців; - Паспорт, код - для громадян України та нерезидентів.
