відповідно до затверджених орендодавцем умов – для надання послуг, пов’язаних із обслуговуванням працівників та відвідувачів закладу, а саме для проведення спортивних занять на умовах погодинної орендної плати: три дні на тиждень (понеділок, середа, п’ятниця з 15.00 –16.30 год.), без права передачі об’єкта оренди в суборенду. Строк на який буде укладено новий договір – до 31.07.2026 року. Діючий орендар має переважне право на продовження договору оренди за результатами аукціону.
