Термін оренди 5 років, але не більше ніж до початку проведення реконструкції, та/або капітального ремонту, та/або реставрації - на підставі вимог Правил підтримання експлуатаційної придатності (обслуговування) систем протипожежного захисту будинків, будівель, споруд та їх частин, затверджених Наказом Міністерства внутрішніх справ України та зареєстрованих в Міністерстві юстиції України від 12.03.2025 № 402/43808 утримувати діючі системи автоматичної пожежної сигналізації. - відповідно до вимог п. 12.2.1 Таблиці А 2 ДБН В.2.5-56:2014 «Системи протипожежного захисту» (зі змінами) оснастити об’єкт системами протипожежного захисту. - на підставі вимог дод. 3 таблиці Д 3.1 НАПБ В.01.039-2012/510 «Правила пожежної безпеки в метрополітенах» оснастити об’єкт первинними засобами пожежогасіння. - на підставі вимог п. 2.19 НАПБ В.01.039-2012/510 «Правила пожежної безпеки в метрополітенах» заборонити використовувати побутові електронагрівальні прилади (праски, чайники, кип’ятильники тощо), які не передбачені проектом (технологічним процесом), або без погодження з воєнізованою охороною метрополітену. - заборонити торгівлю продукцією з легкозаймистих, вибухонебезпечних, а також матеріалів, що при горінні виділяють токсичні речовини. - зміни в діючі електричні мережі потребують замовлення технічних вимог, розроблення проектної документації та виконання електромонтажних та налагоджувальних робіт. - орендар зобов’язаний при загрозі чи виникненні надзвичайних ситуацій на об’єктах метрополітену (станціях), на вимогу балансоутримувача призупинити свою діяльність на об’єкті оренди та в разі необхідності, тимчасово видаляє своє майно за межі станції. - комісійне введення об’єкта в експлуатацію за участю замовника, проектної організації, причетних підрозділів підприємства. - у разі технічної необхідності, в дні масових перевезень балансоутримувач або орган, уповноважений управляти майном балансоутримувача, має право тимчасово закривати, встановлювати обмеження часу роботи об’єкта оренди. Відшкодовує витрати балансоутримувача на обслуговування та утримання об’єкта оренди та надані послуги орендарю на підставі окремо укладеного договору, витрати зі сплати земельного податку тощо. Відшкодовує вартість спожитої електричної енергії, вартість послуг з розподілу електричної енергії та компенсації перетікань реактивної електричної енергії та обслуговування електрообладнання на підставі окремо укладеного договору.
