Для здійснення орендарем зазначених балансоутримувачем видів економічної діяльності, згідно розділу класифікації (кодів), а саме: 10.71 - виробництво хліба та хлібобулочних виробів; виробництво борошняних кондитерських виробів, тортів і тістечок нетривалого зберігання; 10.85 - виробництво готової їжі та страв; 47.99 - інші види роздрібної торгівлі поза магазинами; 56.10 - діяльність ресторанів, надання послуг мобільного харчування; 56.29 - постачання інших готових страв; 56.30 - обслуговування напоями.
Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Майно передається в оренду без права на викуп орендованого майна. 2.Орендар зобов’язаний слідкувати за належним станом фасаду і в разі необхідності оперативно здійснювати ремонт (реставрацію) фасаду. 3. Строк оренди: 5 років, з врахуванням сезонного використання з 01.09. по 31.05. (нарахування в міжсезонний період становить 1% від встановленої договором орендної плати). 4. В разі якщо орендар впродовж строку дії договору оренди не переможе в закупівлях послуг з організації шкільного харчування, то договір оренди втрачає свою чинність.
