1. Переможець аукціону відшкодовує орендодавцю витрати на проведення оцінки об’єкта оренди 2. Види економічної діяльності (КВЕД), для провадження яких може використовуватися майно, а саме: 85.51 Освіта у сфері спорту та відпочинку 93.11 Функціювання спортивних споруд 93.12 Діяльність спортивних клубів 93.19 Інша діяльність у сфері спорту 3. Потенційний орендар зобов’язується забезпечити: 3.1. Здійснення будівельно-ремонтних робіт об’єкта оренди (поточного ремонту/ капітального ремонту/ реконструкції) протягом перших 5 років оренди на суму не менше 5 млн. грн. в порядку передбаченому галузевими нормами чинного законодавства України та рішеннями органу місцевого самоврядування - Заліщицької міської ради, зокрема, але не виключно: - покращення інфраструктури (трибун, роздягалень, приміщень); - ремонт газону на футбольному полі; - відновлення та побудова інших майданчиків для розвитку інших видів спорту, а також для розвитку спортивної культури молоді та мешканців Заліщицької громади. 3.2. Здійснення … прибирання та благоустрій прилеглої території, яка визначена для обслуговування орендованого об’єкта. 3.3. Можливість використання об’єкта оренди професійними футбольними командами. 3.4. Забезпечення роботи служби радіомовлення, звуковий супровід футбольного матчу. 3.5. Організацію приміщення для проведення післяматчевих прес-конференцій. 3.6. Можливість безкоштовного проведення Заліщицькою міською радою (виконавчими органами ради) спортивних та культурно-масових заходів при умові отримання попереднього письмового погодження орендаря. 3.7. Можливість безкоштовного проведення навчально-тренувального процесу, спортивних заходів, змагань державними органами, установами, бюджетними установами комунальної і державної форми власності, Федераціями з видів спорту за письмовим погодженням Заліщицької міської ради та отримання попереднього письмового погодження орендаря. 3.8. Збереження безкоштовного розміщення балансоутримувача - комунальної установа «Центр фізичного здоров’я населення «Спорт для всіх» Заліщицької міської ради в адміністративних приміщеннях стадіону. 3.9. Потенційний орендар зобов’язаний забезпечити мешканцям територіальної громади можливість безперешкодного доступу до бігових доріжок стадіону з 7:00 до 20:00 без вихідних; 3.10.
