Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Майно передається в оренду без права на викуп орендованого майна. 2. Орендар зобов’язаний слідкувати за належним станом фасаду і в разі необхідності оперативно здійснювати ремонт (реставрацію) фасаду. 3. Строк оренди: 5 років, років з погодинним графіком використання понеділок, середа з 16:30год до 18:00год та з врахуванням сезонного використання з 01.09. по 31.05. (нарахування в міжсезонний період становить 1% від встановленої договором орендної плати). 4. Суборенда не допускається (абзац 10 частина 1 статті 3 Закону та рішення Чернівецької міської ради VII скликання від 06.12.2018р. №1526).
