Additional conditions for the lease of the property:

1.Майно передається в оренду без права на викуп орендованого майна. 2.Орендар зобов’язаний слідкувати за належним станом фасаду і в разі необхідності оперативно здійснювати ремонт (реставрацію) фасаду. 3.Орендар зобов’язаний дотримуватись вимог і обмежень укладеного охоронного договору на об’єкт культурної спадщини. 4. Строк оренди: 5 років, з врахуванням сезонного використання з 01.09. по 31.05. (нарахування в міжсезонний період становить 1% від встановленої договором орендної плати) та з погодинним графіком використання вівторок, четвер, п ’ятниця з 1б-00год. по 18-00год. 5.
