Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
- Об’єкт оренди використовується виключно за цільовим призначенням - для розміщення обладнання та експлуатації котельні з метою виробництва, транспортування та постачання теплової енергії споживачам; - Наявність в учасника аукціону ЄДР основного виду діяльності за КВЕД 35.30 – постачання пари, гарячої води та кондиційованого повітря та ліцензії на право провадження господарської діяльності з виробництва теплової енергії; на постачання теплової енергії; на транспортування теплової енергії магістральними та місцевими (розподільчими) тепловими мережами та необхідного обладнання для здійснення діяльності в сфері теплопостачання; - Орендар зобов’язаний забезпечити безперебійне та якісне теплопостачанням закладу медицини КНП «ЦПМСД Немішаївської селищної ради», закладу дошкільної освіти «Центр розвитку дитини «Дзвіночок», закладу шкільної освіти «Немішаївський ліцей №1», житловий будинок за адресою селище Немішаєве, вул. Заводська, 48 протягом усього опалювального періоду відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства … та нормативно-технічних документів; - Орендар зобов’язаний забезпечити теплопостачання бюджетних установ, населення за тарифами, встановленими та затвердженими в порядку, визначеному законодавством України; - Забороняється передача об’єкту оренди в суборенду; - Невиконання або неналежне виконання зазначених додаткових умов є підставою для застосування заходів до орендаря заходів відповідальності, передбачених договором оренди та законодавством України, включаючи дострокове розірвання договору оренди майна.
