Additional conditions for the lease of the property:

Орендар повинен бути надавачем послуг з організації гарячого харчування учнів Сарненського ліцею №2 Сарненської міської ради Сарненського району Рівненської області та мати код згідно з КВЕД 10.85 "Виробництво готової їжі та страв; орендар має доступ до обідньої зали в період сніданків/обідів учнів для накриття столів, роздачі страв та прибирання обідньої зали з обов'язком дотримання усіх санітарних норм; орендар укладає договори із постачання комунальних послуг безпосередньо з надавачами таких послуг; у разі не використання за цільовим призначенням протягом двох місяців комунального майна Орендодавець в односторонньому порядку має право достроково припинити договір оренди, повідомивши поточного орендаря шляхом надіслання листа/додаткової угоди в паперовому/електронному форматі (усі повідомлення є рівнозначними) за 7(сім) календарних днів до дати розірвання договору;відшкодовує витрати балансоутримувачу на утримання орендованого майна та надання комунальних послуг з умовою недопущення утворення … заборгованості по наданих послугах; утримання в належному технічному стані Об'єкта оренди та прилеглої території, підтримання привабливого зовнішнього вигляду благоустрою прилеглої території, забезпечення дотримання санітарно-екологічних норм, протипожежних заходів та заходів цивільної безпеки відповідно до Закону України "Про благоустрій населених пунктів", забезпечення умов праці; передача об'єкта оренди в суборенду-заборонено;орендар має право за письмовою згодою постійної комісії з економічних питань, управління комунальною власністю, житлово-комунального господарства та інвестиційного розвитку Сарненської міської ради майна за рахунок власних коштів здійснювати поточний та/або капітальний ремонт та/або невід'ємні поліпшення майна; об'єкт не може бути використаний за будь-яким цільовим призначенням (п.29 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.06.2020 року №483); потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна" від 03.10.2019 №157-IX
