Нарахування ПДВ на суму орендної плати здійснюється згідно з чинним законодавством та в повному обсязі спрямовується Орендарем на рахунок балансоутримувача. Цільове призначення та умови користування – під підприємства, які надають універсальні послуги поштового зв’язку в населених пунктах на всій території України. Суборенда – дозволена для юридичних осіб та фізичних осіб - підприємців. Суборенда: орендар який став переможцем аукціону, вважається таким, що отримав згоду орендодавця на передачу майна в суборенду, за умови якщо орендар - фізична особа – підприємець або юридична особа. До договору суборенди застосовуються положення договору оренди. Орендар протягом трьох робочих днів з моменту укладення договору суборенди зобов’язаний подати орендодавцю один примірник договору суборенди та інформацію про суборендаря в обсязі, визначеному п. 3 ст. 13 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». Додаткові умови оренди: здійснювати за власний рахунок капітальний, поточний та інші види ремонту орендованого майна з дозволу Балансоутримувача. Ця умова договору не розглядається як дозвіл на виконання невід’ємних поліпшень орендованого майна та не покладає обов’язків на Орендодавця стосовно компенсації вартості ремонту. Вартість поточного та/або капітального ремонту, здійсненого Орендарем за власні кошти, в рахунок орендної плати не зараховується. Витрати Орендаря на проведення поточного та/або капітального ремонтів відшкодуванню не підлягають. Для затвердження протоколу аукціону потенційний орендар, визначений за результатами аукціону, повинен надати наступну інформацію: - Інформація про відповідність орендаря вимогам, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна"; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік з наявністю відповідних видів діяльності, Наказ про призначення директора - для юридичних осіб; - Інформація про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника, або інформація про причину його відсутності - для юридичних осіб; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік, паспорт - для фізичних осіб - підприємців; - Документ, що підтверджує сплату реєстраційного, гарантійного внесків на рахунок оператора електронного майданчика.
