1.З метою приведення об'єкта оренди у відповідність до функціонального призначення (розміщення буфету) переможець електронного аукціону (орендар) зобов'язаний за власний рахунок після укладення договору оренди та за письмовим погодженням орендодавця встановити металопластикові перегородки відповідно до погодженого планувального рішення. У разі якщо виконані роботи призводять до зміни технічних характеристик або планування об'єкта оренди, орендар за власний рахунок забезпечує виготовлення (оновлення) технічної документації на об'єкт нерухомого майна та передає її орендодавцю. Невід'ємні поліпшення, здійснені орендарем, є власністю власника майна, якщо інше не встановлено законодавством або договором оренди. 2.
