Нарахування ПДВ на суму орендної плати здійснюється згідно з чинним законодавством та в повному обсязі спрямовується Орендарем на рахунок балансоутримувача. Цільове призначення та умови користування - під розміщення суб’єктів господарювання, що проводять господарську діяльність з медичної практики. Суборенда: не дозволяється. Додаткові умови оренди: виконання певних ремонтних робіт (поточного/капітального ремонту), реконструкції або реставрації об’єкта оренди тільки за письмовою згодою балансоутримувача. Орендар компенсує балансоутримувачу витрати на оплату комунальних послуг згідно договору про відшкодування витрат балансоутримувача на утримання орендованого нерухомого майна та надання комунальних послуг орендарю. Для затвердження протоколу аукціону потенційний орендар, визначений за результатами аукціону, повинен надати наступну інформацію: - Інформація про відповідність орендаря вимогам, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна"; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік з наявністю відповідних видів діяльності, Наказ про призначення директора - для юридичних осіб; - Інформація про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника, або інформація про причину його відсутності - для юридичних осіб; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік, паспорт - для фізичних осіб - підприємців; - Документ, що підтверджує наявність ліцензії на право провадження відповідного виду діяльності. - Документ, що підтверджує сплату реєстраційного, гарантійного внесків на рахунок оператора електронного майданчика.
