Нарахування ПДВ на суму орендної плати здійснюється згідно з чинним законодавством та в повному обсязі спрямовується Орендарем на рахунок балансоутримувача. Цільове призначення та умови користування – у разі укладення договору оренди з юридичною особою або фізичною особою - підприємцем майно може бути використане за будь-яким цільовим призначенням. У разі укладання договору оренди з фізичною особою - громадянином України або іноземним громадянином, майно може бути використане виключно під непідприємницьку діяльність. Суборенда – не дозволяється Додаткові умови оренди: поточний ремонт дозволяється; реконструкція або реставрація – не дозволяється. Інформація про наявність окремих особових рахунків на об’єкт оренди, відкритих постачальниками комунальних послуг: Теплопостачання – буде укладено договір з КП «ТЕПЛОЕНЕРГО» ДМР; Послуги з управління багатоквартирним будинком – буде укладено договір з КП «ЖИЛСЕРВІС-5» ДМР; Електропостачання – буде укладено прямий договір на розподіл електричної енергії з АТ «ДТЕК «ДНІПРОВСЬКІ ЕЛЕКТРОМЕРЕЖІ» та постачання електричної енергії з постачальником електричної енергії. Для затвердження протоколу аукціону потенційний орендар, визначений за результатами аукціону, повинен надати наступну інформацію: - Інформація про відповідність орендаря вимогам, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна"; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік з наявністю відповідних видів діяльності, Наказ про призначення директора - для юридичних осіб; - документ про реєстрацію у державі її місцезнаходження (витяг із торговельного, банківського або судового реєстру тощо), засвідчений згідно із законодавством держави його видачі, перекладений українською мовою, - для юридичних осіб – нерезидентів; - Інформація про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника, або інформація про причину його відсутності - для юридичних осіб; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік, паспорт - для фізичних осіб - підприємців; - Копія паспорта, коду громадянина України для фізичних осіб - громадян України; - Копія документа, що посвідчує особу для іноземних громадян та осіб без громадянства. - Документ, що підтверджує сплату реєстраційного, гарантійного внесків на рахунок оператора електронного майданчика.
