Цільове призначення та умови користування – для розміщення антенно-фідерних пристроїв та обладнання оператора мобільного зв’язку. Суборенда – заборонена. Додаткові умови оренди: виконання певних видів ремонтних робіт (поточного та/або капітального ремонту), реконструкції або реставрації об’єкта оренди – не дозволяється. Для затвердження протоколу аукціону потенційний орендар, визначений за результатами аукціону, повинен надати наступну інформацію: - Інформація про відповідність орендаря вимогам, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна"; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік з наявністю відповідних видів діяльності, Наказ про призначення директора - для юридичних осіб; - Інформація про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника, або інформація про причину його відсутності - для юридичних осіб; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік, паспорт - для фізичних осіб - підприємців; - Документ, що підтверджує сплату реєстраційного, гарантійного внесків на рахунок оператора електронного майданчика. Орендодавець не затверджує протокол аукціону, якщо переможець аукціону не надав документи, передбачені умовами оренди майна, опублікованими в оголошенні про проведення відповідного аукціону
