Приміщення надається в оренду з метою надання медичних послуг населенню. Орендар здійснює страхування об’єкта оренди на користь балансоутримувача; Протягом десяти робочих днів з дати укладення договору оренди орендар зобов’язується укласти договори з постачальниками комунальних послуг, предметом якого є відшкодування Орендарем витрат Орендодавця на оплату спожитих комунальних послуг, якими забезпечене майно за договорами про їх надання; Орендар має право укладати договори на постачання комунальних послуг безпосередньо з їх надавачами за наявності такої технічної можливості. Орендна плата розраховується Орендарем самостійно та спрямовується на розрахунковий рахунок балансоутримувача. Ремонтні роботи здійснюються орендарем самостійно за власні кошти за згодою балансоутримувача відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства та умов, встановлених договором оренди. У разі коли між датою визначення орендної плати за базовий місяць і датою підписання договору оренди або додаткової угоди минуло більше ніж один повний календарний місяць, розмір орендної плати може бути встановлено шляхом коригування орендної плати за базовий місяць на індекс інфляції у місяцях, що минули з дати визначення орендної плати за базовий місяць.
