Переможець аукціону після підписання договору оренди зобов’язаний встановити за власний рахунок лічильник обліку Електропостачання. Учасник на момент оголошення аукціону не повинен мати заборгованостей перед бюджетом Організатор аукціону має право дискваліфікувати Переможця аукціону, якщо Переможець аукціону або пов’язані з ним особи, на момент оголошення аукціону мають заборгованість перед Організатором та/або має інший негативний досвід співпраці з Організатором за іншими правочинами (претензії, вимоги тощо) за останні три роки.
