Експлуатація та обслуговування автозаправної станції (АЗС), здійснення роздрібної торгівлі паливом, мастильними матеріалами та супутніми товарами/послугами

Additional conditions for the lease of the property:

Майно може бути використане потенційним орендарем виключно за цільовим призначення об’єкта оренди. У складі пропозиції, Потенційний орендар повинен надати Гарантійний лист про підтвердження своїх спроможностей на виконання реконструкції Об’єкта оренди та проведення ревіталізації прилеглої до Об’єкта території за власні кошти без подальшого відшкодування вартості проведених робіт за попереднім узгодженням з Орендодавцем та Власником (Черкаської обласної ради) в установленому порядку. У складі пропозиції, Потенційний орендар надає згоду на відшкодування витрат Орендодавця пов’язаних із проведенням оцінки Об’єкта оренди до та після проведення реконструкції Об’єкта оренди (у разі її проведення). У складі пропозиції Потенційний орендар надає інформаційну довідку пропоновані поліпшення, які повинні включати розробку концепції, візуалізацій та основних технічних рішень об’єкта оренди (у т.ч. ескізний проєкт ревіталізації прилеглої до Об’єкта території), з урахуванням умов договору та можливих поліпшень, що … потребують узгодження з Орендодавцем та Власником. Потенційний Орендар зобов’язаний надати Орендодавцю копії документів, що підтверджують право на провадження відповідного виду господарської діяльності (ліцензії, дозволи, сертифікати, свідоцтва тощо), якщо отримання таких документів є обов’язковим згідно із законодавством України для здійснення діяльності на об’єкті оренди. Потенційний орендар забезпечує проведення ідентифікаціі об'єкта господарської діяльності та розробку Плану локалізації і ліквідації аварійних ситуацій для Орендодавця за потреби. Потенційний орендар гарантує отримання дозволу на виконання робіт підвищеної небезпеки та на експлуатацію (застосування) машин, механізмів, устатковання підвищеної небезпеки та оплачує проведення експертизи щодо стану охорони праці та безпеки промислового виробництва суб’єкта господарювання під час експлуатації машин, механізмів, устатковання підвищеної небезпеки на територіі Орендодавця. Потенційний орендар гарантує проведення навчання з охорони праці особи Орендодавця відповідальної за територію АЗС. Потенційний орендар забезпечує додатковий комплекс заходів щодо інженерного, технічного та фізичного захисту дизельгенераторів Орендодавця у радіусі 500 м від об’єкту оренди. Потенційний орендар здійснює проєктування Об’єкту оренди відповідно до ДБН Б.2.2.-12-2019 та у разі необхідності до ДСТУ-Н Б Б.1.1.-19
