Відшкодовує Орендодавцю витрати: - Пов’язані зі сплатою земельного податку пропорційно орендованої площі; - Послуги з вивезення твердих побутових відходів пропорційно орендованої площі; - Послуги теплопостачання пропорційно орендованої площі; - Послуги водопостачання та водовідведення; - Послуги електропостачання, прибирання території, приміщень, періодичні витрати, пов’язані з утриманням будівлі, пропорційно орендованої площі. 2. Об’єкт оренди заборонено передавати в суборенду. 3. Орендні канікули не передбачені. 4. Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеними ст. 4 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». 5. Орендна плата, визначена на аукціоні, підлягає в подальшому щомісячній індексації в залежності від індексу інфляції у відповідності з чинним законодавством України.
