Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Встановлення власних котлів в кількості 2 одиниць загальною потужністю 400 кВТ. 2. Наявність ліцензії на теплопостачання передбаченої Постановою національної комісії що здійсню державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг № 308 від 22.03.2017 р. 3. Встановити власні паливо завантажувачі, насосне обладнання, системи водоочитки, баки запасу води, систему водопостачання, кабелі вводу елктроенергії, власну електромережу, автоматику. 4. Забезпечити джерела безперебійного живлення ( інвертор потужністюне менше 12 кВт, батарея із запасом електроенергії не менше 16 кВтгод, бензинові або дизельні генератори що забезпечать робту всієї котельні не менше 8 кВт. 5. Встановити теплолічильники у приміщенні Замовника послуги. 6. Прокласти теплотрасу із попередньо ізольованих трубопроводів протяжністю 110м. 7.Встановити трубу димову самонесучу ( без розтяжок) висотою не нижче 18 метрів. 8. встановити мембранні ( розширювальні) баки на систему опалення місткістю не менше 500 літрів. 9. … Встановити металевий контейнер для збирання золи. 10. наявність дозволу на викиди забруднюючих речовин в атмосферене повітря стаціонарними джерелами. 11. Наявність дозволу на експлуатацію водогрійних котлів теплопродуктивністю понад 0,1 МВт
