Для затвердження протоколу аукціону потенційний орендар, визначений за результатами аукціону, повинен надати наступну інформацію: - Інформація про відповідність орендаря вимогам, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна"; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік з наявністю відповідних видів діяльності, Наказ про призначення директора - для юридичних осіб; - Інформація про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника, або інформація про причину його відсутності - для юридичних осіб; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік, паспорт - для фізичних осіб - підприємців; - Документ, що підтверджує сплату реєстраційного, гарантійного внесків на рахунок оператора електронного майданчика.
