Additional conditions for the lease of the property:

1. Майно передається в оренду без права на викуп орендованого майна. 2. Орендар зобов’язаний слідкувати за належним станом фасаду і в разі необхідності оперативно здійснювати ремонт (реставрацію) фасаду. 3. Строк оренди: 5 років, з врахуванням сезонного використання з 01.09. по 31.05. (нарахування в міжсезонний період становить 1% від встановленої договором орендної плати). 4. В разі якщо орендар впродовж строку дії договору оренди не переможе в закупівлях послуг з організації шкільного харчування, то договір оренди втрачає свою чинність.
