Ознайомитись з об’єктом можна у робочі дні (з понеділка по п’ятницю) з 09:00 до 16:00 год, попередньо узгодивши з представником департаменту комунального майна Вінницької міської ради за тел. (0432) 59-54-30.
Additional info:
Для участі в аукціоні з оренди майна реєстраційний та гарантійний внески сплачуються на банківський рахунок оператора електронного майданчика, через який подається заява на участь в аукціоні. Аукціон проводиться відповідно до Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна» та Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 3 червня 2020р. №483, зі змінами та Регламентом роботи електронної торгової системи «Prozorro. Продажі». Переможець електронного аукціону: - підписує протокол про результати електронного аукціону та надає його оператору електронного майданчика, через якого ним подано цінову пропозицію, протягом трьох робочих днів з дня, наступного за днем його формування електронною торговою системою; - сплачує авансовий внесок; - укладає договір оренди об’єкта оренди та підписує акт приймання-передачі з орендодавцем протягом 20 робочих днів з дня, наступного за днем формування протоколу про результати електронного аукціону. Переможець електронного аукціону, який відмовився від підписання протоколу про результати електронного аукціону або договору оренди, позбавляється права на участь у подальших аукціонах з передачі в оренду того самого об’єкта, а також сплачені гарантійний та реєстраційний внески не повертаються такому переможцю та перераховуються оператором електронного майданчика, через якого надано найвищу цінову пропозицію, на казначейський рахунок, зазначений орендодавцем в оголошенні.

В дату укладання договору оренди або до такої дати переможець електронного аукціону зобов’язаний сплатити орендну плату за один місяць (авансовий внесок) на підставі протоколу про результати електронного аукціону. Орендар зобов’язаний: 1. Орендар зобов’язаний відшкодовувати балансоутримувачу підземного пішохідного переходу (літ. А), розташованого за адресою: Вінницька обл., Вінницький р-н, м. Вінниця, вул. Пирогова, 49-А, витрати на утримання зони пішохідного руху загальною площею 306,4 м2 (підвальне приміщення №1), шляхом пропорційного розрахунку до площі об’єкта оренди. 2. У разі використання приміщення для виготовлення продуктів харчування, орендар зобов’язаний дотримуватись державних санітарних норм та правил пожежної безпеки. Орендар зобов'язаний облаштувати приміщення автономною витяжною системою та здійснювати її утримання. 3. Орендар зобов’язаний дотримуватись затвердженого комплексного рішення зовнішнього вигляду приміщення, а також комплексного рішення розміщення вивісок. 4. Орендар … зобов’язаний компенсувати КП «Вінницьке шляхове управління» витрати на проведення оцінки підземного пішохідного переходу (літ. А), розташованого за адресою: Вінницька обл., Вінницький р-н, м. Вінниця, вул. Пирогова, 49-А, в сумі 852,64 грн. Строк оренди: 5 років, але не довше ніж до початку проведення реконструкції вулиці Пирогова.
