Intended use:
за будь яким цільовим призначенням на розсуд Орендаря, за винятком п'ять груп цільових призначень відповідно до додатку 3 Порядку
Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1) встановити більш тривалий строк оренди, ніж передбачений пунктом 53 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.06.2020 № 483 «Деякі питання оренди державного та комунального майна», – 10 (десять) років; 2) орендар зобов’язаний виконати поточний ремонт об’єкта оренди протягом перших трьох років з моменту укладення договору оренди, у відповідності до розробленої проектно-кошторисної документації, на суму не менше ніж 1050451,00 грн;
