Керуючись нормами п. 54 абзацу 4 Порядку передачі в оренду державного та комунального майна, затвердженого Постановою Кабінету Міністрів України № 483 від 03.06.2020р. «Деякі питання оренди державного та комунального майна», відповідно до яких можуть бути визначені такі додаткові умови оренди майна: вимоги щодо особливостей використання об’єкта оренди, що є майном закладів освіти, додатковою умовою оренди майна є вимога щодо наявності в потенційного орендаря документально підтвердженого права надання послуг з організації гарячого харчування в закладах загальної середньої освіти Нововолинської міської територіальної громади, а саме в Нововолинському ліцеї №5, для підтвердження якого потенційним орендарем до заяви на участь в аукціоні додається завірена належним чином копія діючого договору про закупівлю вищевказаних послуг у даному закладі освіти. Цільове призначення – для надання послуг з гарячого харчування учням закладу загальної середньої освіти.

Протягом місяця після укладення Договору Орендар зобов’язаний застрахувати орендоване Майно не менше, ніж на його вартість за висновком про вартість/актом оцінки/ залишкову балансову вартість на користь Орендодавця, який несе ризик випадкової загибелі чи пошкодження об'єкта оренди, у порядку, визначеному законодавством, і надати орендодавцю копії страхового полісу і платіжного доручення. Постійно поновлювати договір страхування таким чином, щоб увесь строк оренди Майно було застрахованим.
