Протягом п’яти робочих днів з дати укладення цього договору Балансоутримувач зобов’язаний надати Орендарю для підписання: два примірники договору про відшкодування витрат Балансоутримувача на утримання орендованого Майна (надання послуг з утримання та обслуговування або технічного обслуговування мереж). Орендар зобов’язаний укласти договори про надання комунальних послуг з відповідними постачальниками комунальних послуг. Орендар зобов’язаний протягом десяти робочих днів з моменту отримання примірників договору про відшкодування витрат Балансоутримувача на утримання орендованого Майна (надання послуг з утримання та обслуговування або технічного обслуговування мереж): підписати і повернути Балансоутримувачу примірник відповідного договору; або подати Балансоутримувачу обґрунтовані зауваження до сум витрат, які підлягають відшкодуванню Орендарем за відповідним договором. Орендар зобов’язаний протягом десяти робочих днів з моменту отримання від Балансоутримувача відповіді на свої зауваження, яка містить документальні підтвердження витрат, які підлягають відшкодуванню Орендарем, підписати і повернути Балансоутримувачу примірник відповідного договору. У разі не підписання Орендарем у вказаний строк договору про відшкодування витрат Балансоутримувача на утримання орендованого Майна (надання послуг з утримання та обслуговування або технічного обслуговування мереж), такий договір вважається укладеним з дати підписання акта приймання-передачі Майна до цього Договору Орендарем. Орендар вживає заходів для укладення із постачальниками комунальних послуг договорів на постачання відповідних комунальних послуг протягом місяця з моменту укладення цього договору оренди. Орендар зобов’язаний протягом 10 (десяти) календарних днів, з дня укладення відповідного договору на комунальні послуги, надати Балансоутримувачу копії таких договорів, укладених із постачальниками комунальних послуг.
