Об’єкт оренди є нерухомим майном Осницької гімназії Рокитнівської селищної ради , відповідно до ч. 4 ст. 80 Закону України «Про освіту» об’єкт оренди не підлягає приватизації чи використанню не за освітнім призначенням, крім надання в оренду з метою надання послуг, які не можуть бути забезпечені безпосередньо закладами освіти, пов’язаних із забезпеченням освітнього процесу або обслуговуванням учасників освітнього процесу. Учасник ,який виграв тендер з надання послуг із організації харчування дітей,які потерпіли внаслідок Чорнобильскої катастрофи має переважне право перед іншими учасниками аукціону у зв'язку з цільовим призначенням об'єкта оренди та відсутністю можливості суборенди.
