Спосіб проведення аукціону: аукціон передачі нерухомого майна в оренду. Дата та час проведення аукціону: аукціон в електронній формі буде проведено 02.12.2025 року, час проведення визначається електронною торговою системою автоматично. Кінцевий строк подання заяви на участь в електронному аукціоні встановлюється електронною торговою системою для кожного електронного аукціону окремо в проміжок часу з 19 години 30 хвилин до 20 години 30 хвилин дня, що передує дню проведення електронного аукціону
Additional info:
здійснення невід’ємних поліпшень можливо тільки у разі надання орендодавцем письмової згоди на поточний та/або капітальний ремонт орендованого майна. Здійснення капітального ремонту можливо тільки при отриманні декларації про початок виконання будівельних робіт. У триденний термін після її отримання орендатор зобов’язаний надати до департаменту адміністративних послуг та дозвільних процедур Дніпровської міської ради оригінал декларації. Для затвердження протоколу аукціону потенційний орендар, визначений за результатами аукціону, повинен надати наступну інформацію: - Інформація про відповідність орендаря вимогам, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна"; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік з наявністю відповідних видів діяльності, Наказ про призначення директора - для юридичних осіб; - документ про реєстрацію у державі її місцезнаходження (витяг із торговельного, банківського або судового реєстру тощо), засвідчений згідно із законодавством держави його видачі, перекладений українською мовою, - для юридичних осіб – нерезидентів; - Інформація про кінцевого бенефіціарного власника, або інформація про причину його відсутності - для юридичних осіб; - Витяг із Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань за поточний рік з наявністю відповідних видів діяльності, паспорт - для фізичних осіб - підприємців; - Копія паспорта, коду громадянина України для фізичних осіб - громадян України; - Копія документа, що посвідчує особу для іноземних громадян та осіб без громадянства. - Документ, що підтверджує сплату реєстраційного, гарантійного внесків на рахунок оператора електронного майданчика. - Документ, що підтверджує наявність ліцензії на право провадження відповідного виду діяльності
