Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1) використовувати державне майно лише за цільовим призначенням, а саме: з метою організації та проведення занять різними видами спорту; 2) провести ремонтні роботи (поточний та/або капітальний ремонти) критого спортивного майданчика для загальної фізичної підготовки (інв. № 08752), протягом перших двох років з дати укладання договору оренди, обов’язок зі здійснення яких буде покладено на орендаря, а саме: влаштувати вертикальні огороджувальні конструкції з м’яких теплоізоляційних матеріалів згідно норм із встановленням вхідної групи та обладнати внутрішній закритий контур системою підігріву повітря, орієнтовна вартість яких становить не менше 1 900 000,00 грн (один мільйон дев’ятсот тисяч гривень 00 копійок); 3) провести ремонтні роботи (поточний та/або капітальний ремонти) окремо стоячої будівлі роздягальні спортивних майданчиків загальної фізичної підготовки (інв. № 000228, згідно з даними внесеними до Державного реєстру речових прав на нерухоме майно - «вагончик літ. «Я»), протягом … перших двох років з дати укладання договору оренди, обов’язок зі здійснення яких буде покладено на орендаря, а саме: виконати роботи з утеплення об’єкта та встановити систему опалення згідно норм, орієнтовна вартість яких становить не менше 300 000,00 грн (триста тисяч гривень 00 копійок).
