В дату укладання договору оренди або до такої дати переможець електронного аукціону зобов’язаний сплатити орендну плату за один місяць (авансовий внесок) на підставі протоколу про результати електронного аукціону. Орендар зобов’язаний, для забезпечення подальшої безпечної експлуатації усунути виявлені дефекти, а саме: - виконати вимощення навколо конструкцій цокольної частини фундаменту димаря; - виконати обмазувальну гідроізоляцію видимої частини фундаменту димаря; - заповнити частину швів цегляної кладки димаря будівельною сумішшю «Полімін М100», з послідуючим розшиванням швів; - виконати заходи щодо забезпечення саморозкручування гайок болтів та шпильок кріплення стяжних хомутів ствола димаря; - виконати антикорозійний захист металевих елементів димаря (драбин та стяжних хомутів).
