Майно може бути використане орендарем за будь-яким цільовим призначенням враховуючи вимоги чинного законодавства Додаткові умови - на підставі вимог п.6.4 ДБН В.1.1-7:2016 «Пожежна безпека об’єктів будівництва. Загальні вимоги» замінити дверне полотно на протипожежне (межа вогнестійкості ЕІ30), - на підставі вимог п.12.2.1 Таблиці А.2, Додатка А (обов’язковий) ДБН В.2.5-56:2014 «Системи протипожежного захисту» обладнати об’єкт оренди системою автоматичного пожежогасіння із подальшим підтриманням експлуатаційної придатності у відповідності до вимог ДСТУ 9047:2020 «Системи протипожежного захисту. Настанова з підтримання експлуатаційної придатності», - на підставі вимог таблиці Д.3.1 Додатка 3 НАПБ В.01.039-2012/510 «Правила пожежної безпеки в метрополітенах» оснастити об’єкт оренди первинними засобами пожежогасіння із наступним щорічним проведенням обслуговування, - орендар зобов’язаний при загрозі чи виникненні надзвичайних ситуацій на об’єктах метрополітену (станціях), на вимогу Балансоутримувача … призупинити свою діяльність на об’єкті оренди та в разі необхідності, тимчасово видаляє своє майно за межі станції, - у разі технічної необхідності, в дні масових перевезень Балансоутримувач або орган, уповноважений управляти майном Балансоутримувача, має право тимчасово закривати, встановлювати обмеження часу роботи об’єкта оренди, - орендарю забороняється користуватися санітарними та іншими приміщеннями Балансоутримувача.
