Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
Здійснення невідємних поліпшень можливо тільки у разі надання орендодавцем письмової згоди на поточний та/або капітальний ремонт орендованого майна. Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеним ст.4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна". ВідповідноМетодики розрахунку і порядку використання плати за оренду комунального майна Опішнянської селищної ради орендарю дозволяється передавати в суборенду не більше 50% загальної площі орендованого майна. Крім орендної плати орендар відшкодовує орендодавцю витрати, повязані зі сплатою комунальних послуг, плати за землю, самостійно сплачує за послуги з прибирання та охорони території. Плата за користування площами загального користування визначається в розмірі 1,00 грн за 1 кв.м. додатково до щомісячної орендної плати, встановленої за результатами аукціону.
