Орендар зобов’язаний відшкодувати оплату експертної оцінки, технічної документації, застрахувати орендоване майно згідно договору оренди нерухомого майна, забезпечити утримання об’єкту оренди та прилеглої території відповідно до вимог санітарних, пожежних та технічних норм. Додаткові умови оренди 1. Наявність в орендаря ліцензії на виробництво, транспортування та постачання теплової енергії на території Львівської області шляхом надання відповідних ліцензій;; 2. Наявність в орендаря досвіду діяльності з виробництва та постачання теплової енергії не менше 5 років, що підтверджується документально (договори про надання послуг, акти наданих послуг тощо) шляхом надання копій відповідних договорів, актів наданих послуг; 3. Наявність в орендаря досвіду експлуатації та виробництва теплової енергії з природного газу, що підтверджується документально (наявність діючих угод з оператором ГРМ, наявність ЕІС-коду як суб’єкта ринку природного газу) шляхом надання копій відповідних договорів, актів наданих послуг; 4. Наявність в учасника працівника/працівників профільної освіти (теплотехнічна, експлуатація котельних установок, теплогазопостачання, обладнання під тиском тощо) шляхом подання відповідних документів про освіту та про прийом на роботу; 5. Наявність в учасника працівника/працівників з чинним посвідченням про проходження навчання по програмі підготовки Правила безпеки систем газопостачання НПАОП 0.00-1.76-15 та наявність призначеного відповідальним за газове господарство шляхом подання відповідних документів про навчання та про прийом на роботу; 6. Підтвердження учасником платоспроможності та належного фінансового стану шляхом надання: фінансової звітності з підтвердженням прибутковості діяльності за 2024 рік, довідки про відсутності відкритих виконавчих проваджень щодо орендаря як боржника, довідки про відсутність заборгованості з платежів, контроль за справлянням яких здійснюють контролюючі органи. 7. Орендар повинен відповідати вимогам статті 4 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». Страхування об`єкту оренди: Орендар після укладення договору оренди зобов`язаний застрахувати орендоване нерухоме та інше окреме індивідуально визначене майно на користь балансоутримувача на період строку дії договору оренди.
