Торговельні об’єкти, які не здійснюють продаж товарів підакцизної групи (для розміщення автоматизованої кав'ярні самообслуговування)
Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Майно може бути використане потенційним орендарем виключно за цільовим призначення об’єкта оренди: 1.1. Потенційний Орендар повинен забезпечити встановлення/розміщення автоматизованої кав'ярні самообслуговування із професійною кавомашиною для приготування зернової кави, сенсорним меню з вибору напоїв, диспенсером для сиропів. 1.2. Кав’ярня самообслуговування повинна бути нова, виготовляти не менше 10 видів напоїв. У складі пропозиції Учасник надає технічну документацію, що підтверджує відповідність даному параметру 1.3. Орендар зобов'язаний забезпечити чистоту та порядок у приміщенні, дотримуватися вимог санітарних норм та правил щодо приготування напоїв, а також збирання відходів. З метою дотримання умов належного утримання об'єктів охорони здоров'я зовнішній вигляд торговельного об'єкту має бути попередньо узгоджений з Орендодавцем (у т.ч. оформлення вітрин, вивісок, оголошень тощо). На виконання даної мети долучення до пропозиції проекту зовнішнього вигляду торговельного об'єкту є обов'язковим. 1.4. … Потенційний орендар повинен забезпечити проведення готівкового та безготівкового розрахунків для споживачів під час самообслуговування у кав’ярні. У складі пропозиції учасник аукціону надає технічну документацію на обладнання, що підтверджує можливість виконання зазначеного пункту/інформацію про договір банківського обслуговування. 1.5. Укладається договір відшкодування комунальних та інших послуг. 2. У випадку якщо орендар, протягом одного місяця з дати укладення договору не розпочав користуватися майном відповідно до цільового призначення, а саме: надавати послуги відповідно до цільового призначення, Орендодавець має право припинити дію договору в односторонньому порядку попередивши про це орендаря не пізніше ніж за три робочих дні до фактичного припинення такого договору.
