За умови виконання робіт (поточного та/або капітального ремонту) об`єкта оренди проводяться Орендарем за згодою Орендодавця; невіддільні поліпшення залишаються в Орендодавця; 3. Орендар самостійно здійснює страхування об’єкта оренди на користь Орендодавця; 4. Забезпечення Орендарем належної експлуатації та збереження переданого в оренду майна; 5. Використання Орендарем переданого в оренду майна за цільовим призначенням; 6. Надання Орендодавцю безперешкодного доступу до об’єкта оренди.
