Ознайомитися з об’єктом можна за місцем його розташування у робочі дні, попередньо узгодивши з представником управління обліку та контролю за використанням комунального майна (балансоутримувач) годину огляду об’єкта згідно робочого графіка за телефонами: (0322) 2-14-12 з 8:00 до 17:00 (понеділок-четвер).

Additional info:

1. Наявність в орендаря ліцензії на виробництво, транспортування та постачання теплової енергії на території Львівської області шляхом надання відповідних ліцензій;; 2. Наявність котельного обладнання для виробництва теплової енергії з альтернативних видів палива (паливна гранула, щепа, дрова тощо) потужністю не менше 2 МВт з автоматизованою подачею палива, шляхом надання документів на обладнання та документів, що підтверджують факт наявності у власності чи користуванні відповідного обладнання (накладні/договори/акти приймання-передачі тощо); 3. Наявність досвіду діяльності з постачання теплової енергії не менше 5 років, що підтверджується документально (договори про надання послуг, акти наданих послуг тощо) шляхом надання копій відповідних договорів, актів наданих послуг; 4. Наявність затвердженого тарифу та теплову енергію на території міста Дрогобич для потреб установ та організацій, що фінансуються з державного чи місцевого бюджету, шляхом надання копій відповідних рішень уповноваженого органу; 5. Наявність досвіду експлуатації котелень потужністю не менше 2 МВт, шляхом надання копій дозвільних чи інших документів, що згідно чинного законодавства це підтверджують (дозвіл на експлуатацію, дозвіл на викиди тощо); 6. Наявність в учасника працівника/працівників профільної освіти (теплотехнічна, експлуатація котельних установок, теплогазопостачання, обладнання під тиском тощо) шляхом подання відповідних документів про освіту та про прийом на роботу; 7. Реєстрація суб’єкта господарювання на території Дрогобицької територіальної громади; 8. Підтвердження учасником платоспроможності та належного фінансового стану шляхом надання: фінансової звітності з підтвердженням прибутковості діяльності за 2024 рік, довідки про відсутності відкритих виконавчих проваджень щодо орендаря як боржника, довідки про відсутність заборгованості з платежів, контроль за справлянням яких здійснюють контролюючі органи. 9. Готовність Орендаря забезпечити виробництво теплової енергії з альтернативних видів палива в орендованому приміщенні з 1 листопада 2025 року або протягом 3 робочих днів з моменту укладення договору оренди. 10. Орендар повинен відповідати вимогам статті 4 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». 11. Суборенда комунального майна Дрогобицької міської територіальної громади не дозволяється.
