Цісара Олександра, 6 і займає добре положення з точки зору транспортної та пішохідної доступності, відстань до автостанції - 0,2 км. Будівля одноповерхова, цегляна без підвалу. Рік будівництва - 1980. Будівля знаходиться в задовільному стані, поточні ремонтні роботи проводились більш, ніж 30 років назад. На деяких ділянках з сторони дворового фасаду в місці примикання до цоколя частина покриття просіла та пошкоджена.
