Об’єкт оренди заборонено передавати в суборенду. 3. Орендні канікули не передбачені. 4. Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеними ст. 4 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». 5. Орендна плата, визначена на аукціоні, підлягає в подальшому щомісячній індексації в залежності від індексу інфляції у відповідності з чинним законодавством України.
