ОВимоги до орендаря: організація зазначеного процесу з дотриманням законодавчої бази відповідно до Державних санітарних правил і норм влаштування, утримання загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів та організація навчально-виховного процесу ДСанПІН 5.5.2-008-01. Орендар самостійно несе всі витрати, пов’язані з утриманням орендованого майна (електропостачання, водопостачання та водовідведення, теплопостачання, тощо шляхом відшкодування вартості комунальних послуг на рахунок балансоутримувача). Вимоги до працівників харчоблоку: працівники повинні бути забезпечені санітарним і спеціальним одягом та необхідними умовами для дотримання правил особистої гігієни.
