Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
1. Орендар оснащує котельню за власний кошт відповідним обладнанням для виробництва тепла на альтернативних енергоносіях в необхідних об’ємах з виготовленням проектно-кошторисної документації; 2. Виконання робіт (поточного та/або капітального ремонту) об`єкта оренди проводяться Орендарем за згодою Орендодавця; невіддільні поліпшення залишаються в Орендодавця; 3. Застосування тарифу на рівні 90 відсотків від середньозваженого по Тернопільській області; 4. Орендар самостійно здійснює страхування об’єкта оренди на користь Орендодавця; 5. Облік поданої теплової енергії здійснюється за показами приладів обліку споживачів; 6. Забезпечення Орендарем опалювального сезону з моменту його оголошення у безперервному режимі з дотриманням нормативних температурних показників; 7. Списання Орендарем (виведення з експлуатації) орендованого майна здійснюється за погодженням з Орендодавцем; 8. Забезпечення Орендарем належної експлуатації та збереження переданого в оренду майна; 9. Використання Орендарем переданого в оренду … майна за цільовим призначенням; 10. Надання Орендодавцю безперешкодного доступу до об’єкта оренди.
