Цільове призначення об'єкту оренди - розміщення суб'єкта господарювання з надання ритуальних послуг.

Additional conditions for the lease of the property:

Потенційний орендар повинен відповідати вимогам до особи орендаря, визначеним статтею 4 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна". Орендна плата підлягає коригуванню на індекс інфляції згідно з Методикою розрахунку орендної плати відповідно ч. 3 ст. 17 Закону України «Про оренду державного та комунального майна». Орендна плата за оренду нерухомого комунального майна направляється в розмірі 100% орендодавцю Майно передається в оренду суб'єкту господарювання, який працює на ринку надання ритуальних послуг згідно із Законом України "Про поховання та похоронну справу", зареєстрований та розміщений на території Очаківської міської територіальної громади з дотриманням безпекових вимог (зона активних бойових дій) та відповідає наступним вимогам: - має в штаті не менше 6 працівників (інженерних працівників, виконроба та працівників для безпосереднього виконання робіт). У разі, якщо працівники є військовозобов’язаними, вони повинні мати приведені у відповідність військово-облікові … документи; - мати в розпорядженні нежитлове приміщення, розташоване на території Очаківської міської територіальної громади, що відповідає нормам чинного законодавства України, яке має бути зручним для населення; - мати в розпорядженні транспорт (в кількості, не менше 4-х одиниць), який знаходиться на території Очаківської міської територіальної громади, який є застрахованим, пройшов техогляд та відповідає вимогам наказу Міністерства будівництва, архітектури та житлово-комунального господарства України від 22.06.2006 № 208 „Про запровадження Ритуальної символіки на автотранспортних засобах суб'єктів господарювання, що надають ритуальні послуги з перевезення тіла померлого" (зі змінами); - працівники суб’єкта господарювання повинні працювати з дотриманням вимог чинного законодавства з питань охорони праці (необхідно надати копії чинних посвідчень на керівника суб’єкта господарювання, виконроба та персоналу з загального курсу з охорони праці відповідно до діяльності, що відповідає «Правилам охорони праці на підприємствах ритуального обслуговування населення НПАОП 93.03-1.08-00»). Потенційний орендар для участі в аукціоні надає підтверджуючі документи, що передбачені ч. 3 ст. 13 Закону України "Про оренду державного та комунального майна". Майно передається в оренду без права передачі в суборенду та викупу.
