Additional conditions for the lease of the property:

В дату укладання договору оренди або до такої дати переможець електронного аукціону зобов’язаний сплатити орендну плату за один місяць (авансовий внесок) на підставі протоколу про результати електронного аукціону. Орендар зобов’язаний: - на дату укладання договору оренди надати підтверджуючі документи щодо офіційно працевлаштованих в організації 3 осіб; - здійснювати діяльність направлену на розвиток Вінницької міської територіальної громади (з наданням підтвердження здійснення щороку мінімум 5 реалізованих проєктів); - проводити діяльність у сфері підтримки ветеранської політики; - здійснювати заходи у сфері культури і мистецтва; - залучати фінансування до адаптації закладів культури до потреб людей з інвалідністю та маломобільних груп населення; - щорічно публічно звітувати про виконану роботу (презентації на сайті, друковані буклети, тощо); - використовувати в своїй діяльності диверсифіковані джерела надходжень (як мінімум три різних); - здійснити протягом 18 місяців з дня укладання договору … оренди капітальний ремонт об’єкта оренди з облаштування комплексного безбар'єрного простору для осіб з інвалідністю та маломобільних груп населення у відповідності до норм чинного законодавства; - відшкодувати комунальному підприємству «Агенція муніципальної нерухомості» Вінницької міської ради вартість проведення незалежної оцінки об’єкта оренди в сумі 4 500,00 грн.
