- Ритуальні послуги. Громадські вбиральні. Збір і сортування вторинної сировини

Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
14.1 Розклад роботи орендаря не повинен суперечити розкладу роботи встановленому в Інституті. Відвідування приміщень Інституту працівниками орендаря здійснюється в робочі часи. Перебування працівників в робочих приміщеннях після закінчення робочого часу, а також у вихідні та святкові дні дозволяється тільки за наявності письмового дозволу адміністрації. Вхід працівників дозволяється на підставі виданих перепусток, а сторонні відвідувачі проводяться особисто орендарем згідно одноразових перепусток. 14.2 Внесення та винесення майна здійснюється по матеріальних перепустках з обов’язковим оглядом його охоронцем. При цьому забороняється заносити отруйні, легкозаймисті та вибухонебезпечні речовини, вибухівку. Забороняється зберігання в приміщенні екологічно небезпечні, отруйні, легкозаймисті та вибухонебезпечні речовини, а також зброю. 14.3 Орендар забезпечує знаходження своїх співробітників та відвідувачів тільки в орендованому приміщенні, несе відповідальність за охорону їх здоров’я на території … орендодавця. 14.4 Забороняється відвідування інших приміщень та лабораторій Інституту без дозволу адміністрації Інституту. 14.5 Орендар, його співробітники, зобов’язані дотримуватись встановленого протипожежного режиму, виконувати вимоги правил, нормативних актів з питань пожежної безпеки чинних в Інституті. 14.6 Категорично забороняється викорстовування відкритого полум’я, займистих і отруйних речовин, побутових електроприладів (електрокип’ятильники, електронагрівачі, електрочайники). Контролюється додержання вимог пожежної безпеки під час проведення ремонтних робіт. Тимчасові вогневі роботи проводяться виключно за наявності наряду-допуску з виконанням всіх протипожежних заходів. 14.7 В приміщеннях і на території Інституту паління забороняється. Паління дозволяється в спеціально відведених місцях, обладнаних урнами та відповідними інформаційними табличками. 14.8 Орендар несе відповідальність згідно договору оренди за своєчасне і повне оснащення орендованих приміщень вогнегасниками та іншими засобами пожежогасіння, навчання працівників правилами користування вогнегасниками.
