- орендар зобов’язаний відшкодувати витрати на користь балансоутримувача за проведення оцінки майна у розмірі 1 100,00 грн на рахунок КНП «Клінічна лікарня планового лікування, реабілітації та паліативної допомоги»: №UA103052990000026001041029923 в АТ КБ «Приватбанк», МФО 305299, код ЄДРПОУ 44625774; - орендар зобов’язаний сплачувати 10% розміру орендної плати на рахунок орендодавця та 90% на рахунок балансоутримувача; - орендар зобов’язаний застрахувати орендоване майно на користь балансоутримувача протягом десяти календарних днів з дати укладення договору оренди та протягом десяти календарних днів з дати укладення договору страхування надати балансоутримувачу та орендодавцю завірені належним чином копії договору страхування і платіжного доручення (платіжних доручень) про сплату страхового платежу (страхових платежів). Страхова сума за договором страхування має відповідати вартості майна відповідно до висновку про ринкову вартість (акта оцінки), визначеного відповідно до законодавства про оцінку майна, під … час передачі такого майна в оренду - якщо така оцінка майна здійснювалася; або балансовій вартості майна, але становити не менше ніж добуток місячної орендної плати за орендоване майно за договором оренди, помножений на 100, - якщо оцінка ринкової вартості такого майна не здійснювалася.
