Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
- орендар зобов’язаний кожні п’ять років поновлювати незалежну оцінку об’єкта оренди і при цьому розмір орендної плати переглядається після кожної такої незалежної оцінки. Орендна плата, яка визначена за результатами цієї оцінки, сплачується з наступного місяця після закінчення п’ятирічного терміну з дати укладання договору оренди. Ненадання незалежної оцінки об’єкта оренди є підставою для розірвання цього договору оренди; - виконання реставраційних робіт відповідно до вимог Додаткової угоди № 1 від 19.03.2025 до охоронного договору на пам’ятку № 4100 від 13.06.2019 згідно з науково - проєктною документацією, розробленою та погодженою в установленому порядку, за письмовим дозволом уповноваженого органу охорони культурної спадщини. Орієнтовна вартість виконання реставраційних робіт може становити 10,0 млн. грн. Виконання реставраційних робіт повинно буди здійснено протягом 1 року з моменту укладання договору оренди; - будинок, приміщення якого надаються в орендне користування, наказом Міністерства культури … України від 29.12.2016 № 1273 занесений до Державного реєстру нерухомих пам'яток України як пам’ятка архітектури місцевого значення (охоронний № 992-Кв); - орендар зобов’язаний дотримуватись вимог і обмежень охоронного договору, змін до нього; - орендар повинен безперешкодно допускати представників органу охорони культурної спадщини Київської міської державної адміністрації для здійснення контролю за виконанням правил утримання приміщень пам’ятки та перевірки виконання умов охоронного договору.
