В дату укладання договору оренди або до такої дати переможець електронного аукціону зобов’язаний сплатити орендну плату за один місяць (авансовий внесок) на підставі протоколу про результати електронного аукціону. Орендар зобов’язаний: - виконати очищення території навколо центрального та анкерних фундаментів димаря від рослинності; - виконати ремонт обмазувальної гідроізоляції надземної частини фундаментів; - виконати ремонт антикорозійного захисту конструкцій металевого димаря з врахуванням вимог щодо кольорового (денного) маркування висотної споруди; - встановити нагляд за вертикальністю стовбура димаря; - виконати ремонт антикорозійного захисту натяжних пристроїв відтяжок; - виконати антикорозійний захист анкерних деталей кріплення відтяжок.
