Additional conditions for the lease of the property:
- орендар забезпечує дотримання законодавства про охорону культурної спадщини та умов охоронного договору 25.05.2015 № 3147, укладеного балансоутримувачем з органом охорони культурної спадщини. - орендар має право використовувати вказані приміщення виключно у відповідності до вимог охоронного договору укладеного між органом охорони культурної спадщини і балансоутримувачем. - орендар повинен безперешкодно допускати представників органу охорони культурної спадщини КМДА для здійснення контролю за виконанням правил утримання приміщень пам’ятки та перевірки виконання умов охоронного договору. - орендарю забороняється здійснювати перебудову/надбудову орендованого майна, передачу його в суборенду та приватизацію. - мета використання майна – виключно для розміщення буфету та продажу товарів підакцизної групи. - потенційний орендар при поданні пропозиції повинен надати витяг з Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб - підприємців та громадських формувань із зазначеними видами … господарської діяльності у сфері діяльності ресторанів, надання послуг мобільного харчування (КВЕД 56.10). - орендар зобов’язаний забезпечити об’єкт оренди професійним обладнанням для буфету, яке б забезпечило дотримання санітарних норм та правил. - орендар зобов’язаний забезпечити на об’єкті оренди не менше ніж 35 загальнодоступних посадкових місць. - орендар протягом 90 календарних днів з дати укладання договору оренди зобов’язаний здійснити ремонтні та інженерні роботи на об’єкті оренди, які б відповідали архітектурній, корпоративній та дизайнерській концепції Театру на підставі розробленого орендарем проекту, який погоджується з балансоутримувачем та не суперечить охоронному договору, після укладання договору оренди, відповідно до чинного законодавства України, у тому числі забезпечити об’єкт оренди вентиляцією, освітленням; виконати внутрішній оздоблювальні роботи, здійснити ремонт інженерних мереж (опалення, водопостачання, водовідведення, каналізація, протипожежний захист, електромережа), забезпечити безперешкодний доступ людей з інвалідністю. - орендар зобов’язується встановити на об’єкті оренди окремі лічильники для обліку електроенергії, холодної та гарячої води, теплопостачання та відшкодувати поточні витрати в тому числі витрати на вивіз сміття, комунальні послуги.
